Rent the Everson for Your Next Event!

The Everson Museum of Art is proud to offer many rental options for groups of all sizes. The Museum facilities are available for meetings, programs, lectures, seminars, workshops, recitals, concerts, weddings and receptions.

Assistance is provided by Everson staff members and knowledgeable partners familiar with the facility. Catering services are provided by the Everson's exclusive caterer Carnegie Catering; all AV/tech support is provided Presentation Concepts Corporation.

Reservations for the facilities are taken on an availability basis and are secured by a written agreement and deposit. All renters must follow the policies and the guidelines of the Museum.

The Sculpture Court

The Sculpture Court is located in the center of the Museum. Complete with a grand staircase and overlooking balconies, it is perfect for any celebration due to its spacious atmosphere. This beautiful open space has natural light, 50-foot coffered ceiling and can accommodate 500 people.

The Williams and Falcone Galleries

These exquisite galleries have 24-foot ceilings, track lighting and oak hardwood floors. They are perfect for intimate receptions and luncheons, and are oftentimes rented in conjunction with the Sculpture Court.

Auditorium

The Hosmer Auditorium, with excellent acoustics, is perfect for lectures, slide presentations, recitals and concerts. The stage is 14 x 44 feet. There are 11 rows of 25 seats, plus box seating. Maximum capacity is 300.

The Green Room

Adjacent to the Hosmer Auditorium, this space is perfect for meetings and receptions after events in the auditorium.

The Entire Building

The entire facility is also available for rent. The unique and contemporary facilities can be used in many ways including corporate events, wedding receptions and private concerts.
