Filmmaker Ephraim Asili will join UVP to present a screening of The Diaspora Suite, a revelatory and moving cycle of five short films made around the world that collapses time and space to reveal the hidden resonances that connect the black American experience to the greater African diaspora.
The screening will be accompanied by a moderated Q&A with the filmmaker via Light Work’s website on Thursday, October 15. This event will be remote, and is free and open to the public. Go to www.lightwork.org/uvp for more information.
