About the Instructor
Dara has been teaching yoga for 16 years and specializes in pose-precision and body alignment. Dara has studied with many great teachers including John Friend, the founder of Anusara Yoga, Douglas Brooks, Desiree Rumbaugh, Sianna Sherman, Doug Keller, and Tom Myers, a Rolfer and author of the book Anatomy Trains. These will be strong classes for any student: beginner, intermediate and advanced. Students will all be cared for and challenged simultaneously with active stretching, weight-bearing poses, such as downward facing dog and plank, and breathwork.
